A weak upper system will arrive tomorrow, with mostly breezy winds 10-20 mph, and 15-25 mph and gusts up to 35 mph along the Cascade east slopes, Simcoe Highlands, Kittitas valley, and OR Columbia Basin. A stronger system is expected to arrive Sunday afternoon with widespread rainfall through Monday, isolated thunderstorms across eastern mountains Monday afternoon, and breezy to windy conditions beginning late Monday morning.
