UNTIL 230 AM CST...



At 125 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 3 miles south of Hoyt to 4 miles northwest of

Dunlap. Movement was northeast at 55 mph.



Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.



Locations impacted include...

Topeka, Osage City, Carbondale, Valley Falls, Oskaloosa, Eskridge,

Tecumseh, Richland, Dover, Auburn, Burlingame, Perry, McLouth,

Meriden, Scranton, Ozawkie, Nortonville, Lecompton, Winchester and

Harveyville.



This includes the following highways...

 Interstate 70 between mile markers 349 and 355.

 Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 141 and 195.
