AND PORTIONS OF CENTRAL WISCONSIN... Low pressure, moving northeast over northeast Wisconsin this morning, continues to produce light to moderate snow over central, north-central, and far northeast Wisconsin. At 8:30 am, the rain snow line is located just west of Shawano, Clintonville, New London, and Winneconne. Where snow fell overnight, there have been numerous reports of tree limbs and powerlines down as result of the heavy, wet nature of the snow and the gusty winds. Drive with caution and allow yourself extra time to reach your destination this morning. An additional 1 to 3 inches of snow is possible through 12 pm today. Low pressure, moving northeast over northeast Wisconsin this morning, continues to produce light to moderate snow over central, north-central, and far northeast Wisconsin. At 8:30 am, the rain snow line is located just west of Shawano, Clintonville, New London, and Winneconne. As colder temperatures filter into the area, the rain may mix with and change over to snow over the Fox Valley by early this afternoon. Little to no accumulations are expected, but a few slippery spots may develop on roadways. Northwest winds will also be increasing this afternoon. Gusts up to 45 mph will be possible, peaking in the 2 pm to 6 pm time period. The gusty winds will make driving difficult at times, and blow around unsecured objects. $$ MPC
