...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CENTRAL SAN DIEGO COUNTY UNTIL

1130 AM PST...



At 1029 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from 8 miles northwest of Palomar Mountain State

Park to Del Mar Heights to 17 miles southwest of Point Loma. Movement

was east at 20 mph.



Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph and lightning will be possible with these 

storms.



Locations impacted include...

Chula Vista, Carlsbad, El Cajon, Vista, Encinitas, National City, La

Mesa, Poway, Imperial Beach, Ramona, Coronado, Del Mar, Mission

Valley, Valley Center, Hillcrest, Linda Vista, North Park, Mission

Beach, Midway District Including Lindbergh Field and Tierrasanta.
