...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT...



At 629 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking an area of strong 

thunderstorms between Pixley and McFarland. Movement was northeast 

at 20 mph.



In addition to lightning, briefly heavy rain and pea sized hail 

is possible with these storms. 



Locations impacted include...

Delano, Earlimart, McFarland, Terra Bella, Ducor, Poplar-Cotton

Center, Woodville, Richgrove, Pixley and Allensworth State Park.
