...Patchy Blowing and Drifting Snow Tonight...



The combination of the recent snowfall and a northwest wind of 15

to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph will produce patchy blowing and

drifting snow through tonight. The blowing snow may locally 

produce reduced visibility. Interstate 95 from Houlton south to 

Lincoln will likely be affected in the more open areas. The 

blowing and drifting snow may also affect parts of U.S. routes 1

and 2, and State route 11. In areas where there is drifting snow

there will also be icy spots. There have been reports of very icy

conditions between Patten and Sherman late this afternoon along

route 11.
