UNTIL 930 AM CST...



At 859 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7

miles south of Altenburg, or 7 miles northwest of Trail Of Tears

State Park, moving northeast at 60 mph.



Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with

this storm.



Locations impacted include...

Carbondale, Murphysboro, Hurst, Grand Tower, Altenburg, Cedar Lake

Area, Makanda, Alto Pass and Pocahontas.
