COUNTIES UNTIL 1000 AM CST...



At 911 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along

a line extending from near West Tawakoni to near Kaufman. Movement

was east at 50 mph.



Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with

these storms.

  

 Locations impacted include... Terrell, Kaufman, Canton, Wills 

Point, Grand Saline, Edgewood, Quinlan, Emory, Como, Hawk Cove, 

Fruitvale, Lake Tawakoni State Park, Point, Oak Grove, Lone Oak, 

Post Oak Bend City and Oak Ridge.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead

to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.



Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
