...Strong East winds early this Afternoon...



A period of strong east winds will continue through early

afternoon, with sustained winds of 20 to 30 MPH and gusts to 40

MPH. In addition, light rain and drizzle will continue, making for

unpleasant windy conditions. Late this afternoon, winds will

decrease, but as that happens, areas of dense fog may develop.
