Conditions are favorable for snow showers and snow squalls

through early this evening across portions of southwest into 

central Nebraska. Brief reductions in visibility to less than one 

half mile are possible in the heavier showers. Locally an inch or

so of snow could accumulate. In addition, strong gusty winds will

cause blowing snow, especially in and near the showers, which 

will further reduce visibility.
