...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT MONROE...WESTERN CUMBERLAND AND

SOUTHEASTERN METCALFE COUNTIES...



At 518 PM CST, a strong thunderstorm was located near Tompkinsville,

moving northeast at 50 mph.



Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this

storm.



Locations impacted include...

Tompkinsville, Burkesville, Leslie, Gamaliel, Meshack, Curtis, Gum

Tree, Blythe, Harlan Crossroads and Ellington.



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
