...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL WARREN...

SOUTHEASTERN YAZOO...NORTHWESTERN HINDS AND SOUTHWESTERN MADISON

COUNTIES UNTIL 715 PM CST...



At 631 PM CST, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm

near Brownsville, or 13 miles northwest of Clinton, moving east at 45

mph.



Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with

this storm.



This strong thunderstorm will be near...

  Brownsville around 640 PM CST.

  Flora and Pocahontas around 650 PM CST.

  Annandale around 700 PM CST.

  Madison, Canton and Gluckstadt around 705 PM CST.



Other locations impacted by this storm include Bentonia.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious

injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors

during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
