OKTIBBEHA...NORTHEASTERN WINSTON AND SOUTHWESTERN LOWNDES COUNTIES

UNTIL 900 PM CST...



At 824 PM CST, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm

near Betheden, or 7 miles north of Louisville, moving east at 70 mph.



Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with

this storm.



This strong thunderstorm will be near...

  Craig Springs around 830 PM CST.

  Oktoc and Sessums around 840 PM CST.

  Crawford around 845 PM CST.

  Bent Oak around 850 PM CST.



Other locations impacted by this storm include Artesia.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious

injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors

during such strong winds...and be especially aware of older trees.
