At 229 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Toccoa, moving east at 65 mph.



Locations to be impacted include...

Clemson, Toccoa, Seneca, Clarkesville, Walhalla, Anderson, Easley,

Central, Cornelia and Northlake.



Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible in these areas.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



The combination of gusty winds and saturated soil conditions may 

cause scattered trees and power lines to fall. Seek shelter inside 

an interior room.
