...Freezing Rain Impacting the Area...



Light to moderate freezing rain will affect the area this morning.

This is resulting in icing on unpaved surfaces. The combination of

icing and gusty east winds may also result in some downed tree

branches. This is more of a concern in and around Saginaw, Bay

City and Midland where the freezing rain has been a little more

persistent this morning. Drivers need to exercise caution this 

morning and be prepared for icy roads.
