CENTRAL NEW YORK AND NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA THIS MORNING...



Sleet and freezing rain will overspread central New York and

northeast Pennsylvania this morning leading to treacherous

travel conditions. Road surfaces were below freezing and we have

already received reports of icy roads and accidents. 



If you are planning travel this morning use extreme caution, allow

plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you.
