...Ice Storm Warning until Noon...



Heavy wet snow will continue across the Tri Cities this morning.

The snow could still be mixed with sleet and freezing rain. The

snow will accumulate an inch or two by 11 a.m. and may cause 

additional weight on the ice coated trees leading to trees limbs 

to fall. Untreated roads will remain slippery this morning. Reduce

your speed and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Snow will continue across the Thumb region this morning. The snow

could still be mixed with sleet and freezing rain. The snow will 

accumulate up to an inch by 11 a.m.  Untreated roads will remain 

slippery this morning. Visibilities will fall below a mile in the

heaviest of the snow. Reduce your speed and allow extra time to 

reach your destination.

...Snow Mixed with Freezing Rain and Rain This Morning...



A mixture of snow, freezing rain and rain will continue through 11

a.m. This mixture will slowly transition to light rain and drizzle

from southwest to northeast late this morning as temperatures warm

above freezing. Until then, visibilities could be reduced below

one mile in the heaviest of the snow. Untreated roads, bridges 

and overpasses could be slippery.

...Some Snow mainly north of M-59...



A mixture of snow and rain will slowly come to an end by 11 a.m.

The snow is most likely north of M-59, but no accumulation is

expected. As the snow and rain ends, some patchy drizzle is

expected for the late morning. Temperatures will remain above 

freezing so most roads will be just wet.
