...Snow Showers Late Tonight into Monday...



A potent upper level disturbance will move in late tonight into 

Monday, bringing another round of precipitation. This will start 

out as rain showers; however, as colder air moves in overnight 

tonight, rain showers will change over to snow showers. Warm 

ground temperatures will prevent much of the snow from sticking on

main roads; however, some bridges and overpasses may see some

slushy spots for the Monday morning commute. In general, less 

than half inch of snowfall is expected though some ridge top spots

could pick up an inch of accumulation mainly on grassy and

elevated surfaces. The snow showers will gradually taper off 

during the day on Monday.
