Areas of freezing fog have develop across portions of the Lower 

Columbia Basin, Yakima/Kittitas and Grande Ronde/Wallowa valleys 

and will likely continue through the night. Fog may be dense 

enough to drop visibility down to a quarter of a mile or less and 

may lead to slick roadways.
