...AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE AND FOG OBSERVED WITHIN THE SNAKE RIVER 

PLAIN AND EASTERN MOUNTAIN-VALLEY LOCATIONS...



At 721 PM MST, spotty areas of light freezing drizzle and fog were 

observed on various web cams and reported by spotters within the 

Snake River Plain and eastern highlands. Metal surfaces and 

untreated roadways may be most susceptible to ice formation through 

this evening especially where mixed precipitation and dense fog 

occur. Motorists traveling north on Interstate 15 from Pocatello to 

the Montana state line and along rural highways throughout the 

eastern highlands should use caution and slow down.

Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Rexburg, Blackfoot, Preston, American Falls,

Rigby, Soda Springs, Montpelier, Driggs, Ashton, Arco, McCammon,

Dubois, Lava Hot Springs, Swan Valley, Swanlake, Ririe Reservoir,

Neeley and Blackfoot Reservoir.
