...Patchy fog continues to develop across portions of the Rio

Grande Valley early this morning...



Satellite images and surface observations indicate patchy

fog...some locally dense...continues to develop across portions of

the Rio Grande Valley early this morning. Visibilities have fallen

to 1 to 3 miles in general with isolated areas reduced to a

quarter of a mile. Motorists are urged to slow down and drive with

caution in locally dense fog. If the dense fog becomes more

widespread, a dense fog advisory may be needed this morning. 



Visibilities will improve later this morning as the fog begins to

lift and burn off with daytime heating.
