...ICY SPOTS WILL LINGER THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING...



With temperatures starting off below freezing across most areas 

early this morning, patchy black ice will linger especially on 

untreated roadways, side streets and sidewalks. Temperatures will 

slowly rise through mid to late morning, so it will take some time

for any icy areas to melt.



Motorists and pedestrians should remain cautious through late 

morning, especially where pavement appears wet but could contain 

icy patches.
