At 152 PM AST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located

along a line extending from near Lares to near Rafael Capo to near La

Alianza. The storms are nearly stationary.



Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.



Locations impacted include...

San Sebastian, Lares, Rafael Capo, La Alianza, Juncal and Quebrada. 



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may

cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
