At 220 PM AST, a strong thunderstorm was located over San Sebastian.

The storm is moving very slowly to the north.



Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with this storm.



Locations impacted include...

San Sebastian, Hato Arriba, Juncal and Cacao.
