Areas of fog are expected this evening and overnight across northern and central North Dakota. Some of this fog may become dense at times, with visibility around one quarter mile or less. At 745 PM CST, area webcams showed fog becoming dense at Mandan, Ashley, and Wishek. If you have travel plans this evening, be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Use extra caution, especially at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog may deposit a thin layer of ice on untreated surfaces, creating isolated slick spots. Conditions are expected to improve from west to east late tonight. $$ Hollan
