Wet and slushy pavement refroze last night as temperatures fell

into the teens. Temperatures will remain at or below freezing this

morning, which means icy surfaces will remain a concern. 



Secondary roads, side streets and sidewalks will be most 

vulnerable to patchy black ice. Be careful if traveling this

morning. Roads that appear wet may be icy.
