...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN TEHAMA 

AND SOUTH CENTRAL SHASTA COUNTIES...



At 1003 AM PST, a line of strong thunderstorms were stretching from 

central Tehama county to southern Shasta county, moving northeast at 

35 mph.



Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this

storm. Brief funnel clouds are also possible with this storm.



Locations impacted include...

Redding, Palo Cedro, Shasta Lake, Anderson, Rosewood, Blossom,

Millville, Olinda, Mountain Gate, Central Valley Cdp, Rancho Tehama

Reserve and Cottonwood.



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
