...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL TEHAMA 

AND SOUTH CENTRAL SHASTA COUNTIES...



At 1040 AM PST, a line of strong thunderstorms were stretching from 

near Rosewood in north central Tehama County to near Redding in 

south central Shasta County, moving north at 25 mph.



Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this

storm. Brief funnel clouds are also possible with this storm.



Locations impacted include...

Redding, Palo Cedro, Shasta Lake, Anderson, Central Valley Cdp,

Rosewood, Central Valley, Olinda, Mountain Gate and Centerville.



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
