...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL TEHAMA 

AND SOUTH CENTRAL SHASTA COUNTIES...



At 1245 PM PST, a line of strong thunderstorms were stretching from 

north central Tehama County near Rosewood to central Shasta County 

near Redding, moving northeast at 35 mph.



Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this

storm. Brief funnel clouds are also possible with this storm.



Locations impacted include...

Redding, Palo Cedro, Shasta Lake, Anderson, Rosewood, Round Mountain,

Blossom, Millville, Olinda and Cottonwood.



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause

localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

roadways.
