...Foggy Conditions Along & West of US 281 This Morning...



Surface observations indicate that areas of fog are occurring 

across portions of Zapata, Starr, Jim Hogg, Brooks, and Hidalgo 

Counties. Visibilities of 1 to 3 miles are being reported with

locally lower visibilities expected. Fog will likely persist into

the morning commute and will begin to dissipate by mid to late 

morning.



Use caution if driving this morning as visibilities may change 

rapidly over short distances. Use low beam headlights and leave 

extra distance between your vehicle and others on the road when 

encountering lower visibilities.
