Northwest winds are expected to gust 35 to 45 mph through mid

morning. These winds combined with a band of light snow moving 

through the area, will reduce visibility to below one mile at 

times. Conditions are expected to improve through 10 am CST, as 

the snow moves east of the area. Please drive with caution this 

morning.
