Watch for sudden changes in visibility, briefly falling below a mile at times. Visibility should improve as winds slowly decrease to less than 25 mph through the afternoon. With the sharply colder temperatures of 5 to 15 degrees, the drifting snow may also create slippery stretches, so be prepared for rapid changes in road conditions. $$
