...Blustery Winds Causing Blowing Snow in Northern Iowa...



Additional light snowfall in conjunction with blustery northwest 

winds of 35 to 45 mph will cause blowing snow and reduced 

visibility through the afternoon hours. Several reports of 

visibility down to a half mile at times and road conditions remain

very slick and snow covered will lead to difficult travel through

at least 4 PM.
