NORTHWEST KANSAS...



A band of moderate snowfall extending from along the

Kansas/Colorado border west of St. Francis to Oberlin is moving to

the south-southeast this morning. Areas could see up to a quick

inch of snowfall and reduced visibilities. Snow may impact travel

along Highway 36.
